Good day to you, Clayskater...I have been voting for Clay on this Lambert and Clay thingy... but yes, they are right. Everytime the % goes up, suddenly it goes down as much more than it goes up. I've been voting 10 screens simultaneously on my computer for hours... (10 votes at a time) ...and yes it is frustrating. Is there some ways to increase my votes one time?

Hi Clayskater:
There is a poll on USA Today posted January 18th:
"Which No. 2 Is Really No. 1?"
The poll is asking who is the best Idol runner up. So far David Archuletta is winning with Adam Lambert coming in 2nd. Clay is 3rd, but he's way behind David and Adam. Clay needs votes!!

Garnet.........I am glad that you are watching the polls.

If you check the polls thread at the CB you will know that the majority of the voters do not vote on AI polls anymore. When I first took over the thread about 6 months ago, we had a huge discussion about it and the majority of the people that responded said they did not vote on AI polls and would not do it. It was in September that I moved all the AI polls to the end of the list.

I know that this decision has been made at at least 3 of the major Clay boards. These polls do nothing but fire up the fans to big wars and bad feelings. And, since they can be spammed so easily, all a win proves is that some fans have lots of time to vote over and over.

Clay is starting a new phase of his life and we should follow his lead.

If Clay had NO vote on the poll it would make a huge statement that we are no longer playing games. When he has only a few, it looks like he has very few fans.

Of course, every fan needs to do what they feel is right. If you want to vote........fine........Its all for fun so you do what you want.

If you ever find some new non -AI polls, I hope you will send me a link!!

Hi Clayskater:
This poll may already be closed, but I was surfing and I found a poll at ZapIt.com that was posted on January 6th. The poll is called "Who Was The Best American Idol Non-Winner". When I voted on today, Clay was behind. As I said, it may be a poll that already closed, I don't know.
